decide on and rent server for storage

We will be putting in an order to rent the 4.99 Euro/Month server for an estimated three months worth of usage pending one additional month given upcoming progress of this project. The server will be for training the machine learning model, storing the footage for said training, hosting the application itself, and hosting the development blog. It will essentially host everything regarding the project. Centos 8 will be the operating system used.
