3.13 wheels #148

Hi Paul, are you able to start publishing 3.13 wheels? They build locally, and I can even get the free-threading build by using the Cython nightly wheel:

UV_INDEX=https://pypi.anaconda.org/scientific-python-nightly-wheels/simple uv build --python 3.13t

(I haven't done any testing with the cp313t build.)

@effigies sorry - I primarily use conda-forge, so forgot about pypi. I'll get this sorted over the next couple of days.
