Synchronize Ordering Information on both Progress and Achievement Queries #84

Title says it all: added a few lines to pass ordering info args into spa_has_achievements() so that both queries stay in sync if custom arguments are passed into dpa_has_progress() that might cause them to get out of sync, like taxonomy fields being queried.

Too many screwy reverts. Resetting master fork to get rid of reverts and will resubmit pull request from branch.
