Achievement categories #91

Added custom taxonomies for achievement categories, updated user profile admin page, added supporting functions to handle additional category information on achievement and progress post types when displayed on the achievements admin page listing.

Let's try to do this for 3.3 since it's just under-the-hood code and doesn't affect the templates.

As discussed on Skype, after testing and much consideration, I decided to go ahead and use the built-in WP category for this. I very much appreciate the usable code in your branch that I would have used otherwise :)
