It would be nice to have a unified framework (vectorized etc) for determining weight status based on:

BMI cutoffs for adults
BMI percentiles for youth, including severe obesity
WHO BMI percentiles for youth
Any other applicable methods

CDC cutoffs are currently available in PAutilities through get_BMI_percentile and weight_status, but those functions would fit better here. For severe obesity, classifications in PAutilities are based solely on 120% of the 95th percentile, whereas there should technically be an additional classification of 35+ for raw BMI.
