Extra Parameters for URLs #36

Allow the user to add extra parameter fields. The url template could look like this:

http://services-ext-stg.dnb.com/V2.0/gmsmonitoring/changeevents/{param1}?DUNSNumber={param2}

And have an option on the UI to add additional parameter fields.

The additional fields could also be added to the view when the url with parameter is selected.

This got held up at the funding stage. If you could just provide your bank details and credentials, I'm confident we can move forward with it :)

But, seriously, it's a good idea. Particularly combined with defaults for those params. E.g. {parameter_name|optional_default_value}
