Are you using basic account wizard or betamax clone (in worldwide section)
wizard?

Cause for betamax clones (easyvoip is part of betamax clones), if you want to
get the caller id feature, you *must* use the betamax clone wizard. It provide
a setting for caller id that does work.

Actually betamax clones manage caller id a different way than all other sip
providers and the way they do can be managed either if you are an expert user
with expert wizard or if you want to make it easier, with the "Betamax clone"
wizard that make things just easy !!
:)
