Improve user interface .. Options - filtres - accounts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.go in options . Fklters . Select an account

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: the account upon which the filters are displayed should be visible 
above the filters themselves 
Actual behavior: the account ID is not shown.  User has to remember to which 
account the filters will be applied.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Right, good indea.
Having the icon of the account and the title set would be great indeed.
