On adding a new account, I see options for other UK providers but not A&A.

Some details of their configuration (although I'm not sure how up-to-date) are 
here:
http://aaisp.net.uk/kb-telecoms-voip.html

For accounts currently being issued, the server is proxy.aaisp.net.uk. Username 
will be the full corresponding telephone number (starting +44) and of course 
the password. That's all that's required.

We can use stun.aa.net.uk for STUN access.

Is there more information required?

Would love to test this but I'm still stuck on an old version due to issue 
1963, and upgrading/downgrading is painful due to issue 1964...

This seems to work; thanks. I think you're trying to display an A&A logo, but 
it's dark blue on black and not really visible.
