Video phone automatically hang up and the problem of the two accounts #1981

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The HTC phones linephone video calls
2.HTC phones received video，After a while, or immediately，The video images 
will be fixed, 

and then, the call will automatically end
3.In addition, each video calls need to register the two accounts, a 
registration server to 

another registered local, if not registered locally, then use linephone call 
htc linephone 

will not receive video， htc can work properly
