no MENU button on tablet version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use a JB or ICS tablet ASUS TF300T
2. start CSipSimple
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see navigation options

ACCOUNTS TXT MENU

 near the upper right hand of the keypad screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Current from Google Player on an ASUS TF300T Jelly Bean (and previous ICS).

Please provide any additional information below.

Will eventually appear after other functions are used.

Not a problem on smartphones e.g., Droid 4

Indeed. It seems some problem in the way the buttons are injected. I have to 
investigate that. It's random so hard to debug, but as I reproduce it sometime 
on my side should be possible to fix it.
On my side I'm also able to reproduce (more rare case) on smartphone. (the 
bottom split bar doesn't appear in this case).

Some tip, when you get the problem : you can slide the view to the right screen 
and you'll retrieve the menu buttons. (or change tab). As soon as tab is 
changed, it will re-appear normally (at least that's what I observed).
