ostel not registering on csipsimple #1999

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create ostel.me account
2.open csipsimple
3.add account
4.select OSTN
5.enter ostel account information
6.save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected OSTN to register after saving account details.
Outcome: after saving account details OSTN stays inactive

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CSipSimple 0.04-04
Android icecream sandwitch 4.0.4 
Samsung galaxy s3

Please provide any additional information below.

Using Wifi, no sim card in device, but can surf web and download apps fine.

Also had trouble on sony experia neo and Huawei Ascend G330 but these devices 
eventually registed after multiple attempts
