Dialling in the Early Media state no more possible ?

In earlier versions of CSipSimple it was possible to launch a DTMF keypad 
during the Early Media phase (before answer) and send digits according to the 
selected sending option (RFC2833/INFO...). It is no more possible. Why ? Even 
in the introduction of RFC3960 (Early Media And Ringing Tone generation) it is 
stated that the caller can send it - quoting: "Early media generated by the 
caller typically consists of voice commands or dual tone multi-frequency (DTMF) 
tones
to drive interactive voice response (IVR) systems.".

How to reproduce:
1) Dial the number which establishes Early Media session.
2) Try to find a keypad symbol on the screen to enable the dialer keypad. It 
cannot be found.

Fix suggestion:
Please return the possibility to launch the DTMF keypad on the Early Media 
phase.

OS and versions:
Android 2.3.6 and 4.0.4
CSipSimple from latest Google Play update.

Good point.
I missed that when I did the refactoring of the user interface view. 
I'll fix that as soon as possible.
