bluetooth android 4.0.9. X310e (mtk6575) #2008

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I try to call using a mono bluetooth earplug  TATTOO Bluetrek, that works 
perfectly with the normal gsm calls

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when the call starts I see that the rear speaker and bluetooth icons are 
lighted , only the BT icon should be lighted

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
android 4.0.9

Please provide any additional information below.
at the end when I understand that the counter part is not going to ear me, I 
hang up, and appears the mistake 503 network unreacheable
If I repeat  the call without BT, the communication is perfect...
