Can you try to delete and re-create the Callcentric account using callcentric
wizard?
There is some known needed workaround with latest version for callcentric that
are automatically applied when creating the account using the wizard. (It was
unfortunately not necessarily properly migrated during version upgrade).
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your speedy response!! Your suggestion to delete my Callcentric
acccount and re-enter using the Callcentric wizard worked!! I am now able to
make outgoing calls again and my phone is properly registered. Merci Bien!!

Ok, sorry for the inconvenience.
I usually try to make upgrades seamless, but this time, on callcentric was more
complicate (due to something not supported on their network but they helped a
lot to workaround it ;) ).
