compact SIP option is not account specific #2016

disabling compact SIP seems to be required for a pbxes.org account. that said, 
here's a wishlist item to move compact SIP to a per-account setting, if 
possible. this will actually address the issue with any account with a wizard 
where it is known compact SIP isn't compatible.

Indeed, it's designed like that in pjsip stack. 
Even, it's not really a setting but a global property of the sip endpoint. 

I guess would be complicate to change pjsip to have that, and anyway, will not 
be a work for csipsimple project but rather a work for pjsip project.

So, I mark the issue as WontFix for CSipSimple because relevant of pjsip stack 
first.
Once enhanced in pjsip, csipsimple will naturally benefit of it.

Side note : as usually with these workaround request, would be a better 
solution to have sip providers actually implementing SIP specifications. It 
would be way better than workarounds everywhere in all sip clients. So, maybe 
you should also request your sip provider to support that ;).
