Not able to dial any number outside france using freephonie.net (preconfigured account) #334

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Register sip service with free.fr.  Configure fixed IP for freebox router
2.Add account to csipsimple Try with and without STUN enabled 
stun.counterpath.com
3.Try to call any number outside france.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected this to work.  The free.fr  service allows calls to most countries 
using a phone connected directly to router. The free.fr website says that the 
SIP service should give the same facility. On calling an overseas number, a 
french recorded message tells me that "you cannot dial this number"  Is there a 
configuration needed that I am missing? (Calls to french Voip, fixed lines and 
mobiles work over wifi.)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC Desire android 2.1 update 1;  csipsimple 0.00-15

Please provide any additional information below.

Je ne suis pas sur que free authorise cela.

Peut-être (surement) en s'en servant sous un réseau wifi "Freephonie", mais 
c'est la galère à configurer. Il y a des tuto un peu partout sur le net qui 
permettent de transformer les certificats fourni par free en pkcs12 (compris 
par android). Une fois le certificat importé dans le téléphone il faut 
utiliser une IP spéciale plutôt que le wizard "freephonie". 
Bref c'est super galère (j'ai réussi à le faire sur mon téléphone mais 
c'est le parcours du combattant et pourtant je m'y connais pas mal en 
certificats).

Bref pour les users mainstream, mauvaise idée. A moins d'être très teigneux

J'ai pas testé à l'international mais je suppose que ça marche vu que les 
téléphones vendu par free utilise ce réseau là pour passer les appels et je 
suppose que c'est donc la différence avec le liens public sur le réseau 
internet public.

Bref clairement, pas un problème du au logiciel SIP, mais lié a l'opérateur 
ici. 
Tu auras strictement le même comportement avec tous les clients SIP : pc, 
android, iphone nokia etc...
