Trying to open a saved output file sticks on loading #55

I've tried older versions of chrome on windows. Chrome on different PC's. 
Chrome on a Chromebook, Chrome on unix - it always gets stuck on loading. 
I've also tried output files generated on 5 or 6 different PC's, with no luck - 
any ideas please?

I have the same experience. Ticket # 54 mentions a patch but no method of 
applying that patch.  This is still an issue and looks to be historically.
