adblocking with EasyList breaks latest devtools roll

I can't land/deploy #21 because there's a file .../models/trace/lantern/metrics/metrics.js that loads but... my uBlock Origin blocks it.

Our very own metrics within lantern. 🤣 😢

(for chrome-devtools-frontend.appspot.com only, but thats enough for us).
