W3C recommends WYSIWYG editors #34

I just want to bring awareness that W3C also recommends WYSIWYG editors. Here's the link. It's also a bit strange that they're calling NotePad and TextEdit "tools".

That page is a wiki. i'd recommend just grabbing an account and editing the page.
