Shopping Item ID is a last child dimension when drilling down Google Shopping
campaign report in Google Analytics. It uniquely identifies products included
in the campaign. However, this dimension is not available in the API. I assumed
that ga:adwordsCriteriaID was an equivalent of Shopping Item Id, but I found
out it is not the case.
