Get "Bot Filtering" option via API #750

Dear team,
Would it be possible to integrate in the API to check whether the option Bot 
Filtering is active  or not (Exclude all hits from known bots and spiders) ?

Use case:
I work on a large institution and we have more than 100 (and growing)  
websites/resources using Google Analytics. Those resources are managed by 
different groups. Those groups give us "view privileges" on their google 
analytics accounts in order to compare the resources. But before comparing, we 
would like to make sure that the configurations are the same among all the 
deployed resources and we didn't find an easy way to check and monitor this... 

If this option would be available in the API it would help a lot. There are 
also other options like session settings, that could have some impact the 
comparisons, but we think this one (Bot Filtering) has a major impact and would 
be glad if it could be integrated in the API at first.
