Issue summary:
Unable to sign in to http://www.google.com/analytics/ using the SIGN IN 
(https://analytics.google.com/) link on the page.

it keeps on refreshing when ever we click

Can you provide any details about your browser any extensions you might have 
(ad-blocking, etc...)? Does it work for another browser?

I tried using Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Internet Explorer. All were with the 
latest versions and with default settings. No pop up or ad blockers. 

When I click the Sign In several times, sometimes it goes to the actual page to 
sign in. But most of the times, it doesn't

I am also the same, can not enter into http://www.google.com/analytics/. why ?
