10 million hit limit on Account vs Property not consistently documented #776

Issue summary:
In the terms of service, the 10 million hit limit is listed as being at the 
account level

However on the support page and more explicitly the developers url referenced 
above, it is listed as being at the property level. Can you please correct 
whichever one of these documents is inaccurate? Otherwise we cannot properly 
choose our implementation path.
