Google Tag Manager cocoapods needs to be updated #781

Last version on cocoapods is 3.12.1 but 3.13 and 3.14 is released.
Please make the releases be published to cocoapods at the same time as they are 
released.

Hello,
We are actively working to get out a the latest cocoapod; I am merging this 
issue into an existing tracking issue.

Please note if you are waiting for bitcode support, bitcode is only a 
requirement for WatchOS, you can independently enable bitcode for a WatchOS 
target and disable bitcode for the iOS target.
