useEventValue field in Event goals not working on update or insert functions #797

HTTP, etc.): Javascript

Issue summary:
When i use Analytics.Management.Goals.update() or 
Analytics.Management.Goals.insert() for an event Goal it doesn't update or 
insert the useEventValue field, even if i set it.

Expected output: i expect to see in my Analytics account on this specific goal 
the field useEventValue to change.

Actual results: the field doesn't change.
