Error in Calculated Metrics #813

Issue summary:
It appears that calculated Metrics are not working correctly. When I used a 
formula in combination with local currency then it appears to be out by a 
factor of 1000,000%  I have attached a screenshot ( which is hopefully 
entertaining to illustrate the issue

Notes:
1. Setup calculated metric for  Local Revenue + Local Tax + Local Shipping. 
2 Celebrate how much dosh you are making, then realise its probably an error. 
3.Be inspired, and  go back to working hard to make that massive revenue into a 
reality.

Expected behaviour is Calculated Metric should be : 
278.40+15+69.60 = 363

Actual behaviour is returning 363,000,000
