Issue summary:
"[GET A CONFIGURATION FILE]" button leads to page that does nothing. Spinner 
spinning.
Debug console reports errors:

and when I press " GET A CONFIGURATION FILE" I am stuck in the window with 
spinner just spinning and spinning. Console reports errors:

In browser error console i found blocked url. Open it manualy and get the conf 
file.
