Current tab in un-focused Chrome #11

When Chrome is not in focus, there is no visual limit between the current (selected) tab and the tab next to it. The issue does not exist with Nextwaita + Firefox or with Adwaita + Chrome: the current tab is outlined, as shown in the screenshots below.
