Doc request -- compatability matrix #164

Can we get some sort of table indicating what versions of this are compatible with what versions of firmware and so on?

Trying to get a T-Beam 1.1 running with ATAK-CIV 4.7 and Meshtastic 2.x (currently 2.0.23 firmware, 2.0.20 app) and the plugin just isn't showing up in ATAK anywhere. Other closed issues and posts have occasionally instructed users to install specific versions of meshtastic or their firmware, but there doesn't seem to be a straightforward list of what versions of all the pieces work with each other.

FWIW the meshtastic devices are paired fine and are communicating with the phone and with each other over LoRa, it's just the ATAK bit that's being stubborn.

Edit: The precise issue right now is that it shows up in the plugins list as "available" and all the checks are green, but installing it doesn't seem to work. I get the popup, go ahead with the install (already said yes to the permission), and then afterwards, status is still "not installed" in the plugins list.

Going to close this myself. The matrix would still be welcome, but some further searching leads me to believe that my issue is with the play store version of ATAK-CIV. Going to give the atak.gov downloads a try and see how that goes. A big red "don't use the play store version" warning on the main readme would be welcome. :)
