Simplify build instructions so we can fork, update, etc #207

There has been no activity on this repo in almost 9 months and the forwarder doesnt work with ATAK 8+. And now Meshtastic 2.5 is being released which overhauls even more things. I think the main hurdle to this project surviving (which it needs to) is that the build instructions just say build ATAK and use your own key to build this so itll work with your ATAK build. But your builds work just fine with ATAK (from Play store and from Gov). So can you please update the build instructions so that if you are no longer available to maintain this project, that somebody else can take up the torch or at least fork it until you return?

Oh I see this has been superseded by the official Meshtastic ATAK plugin. Closing to not bother you, thanks for all the work.
