Added new Organisation fields #47

Hi Thanks for the really useful plugin, I've been tinkering with a bit today. I've added a couple of new (slightly useless) fields to the organisation section which I've gotten from schema.org: legalname, taxid, vatid and also a hasoffercatalog section which brings some of the offer fields which I think is useful for products and services. http://schema.org/hasOfferCatalog

I've tested the output against the Google structured data tool so it should be compliant. I've tried to keep to your style and I'm only a PHP novice so feel free to adjust / improve.

Also I've adjusted the wording slightly for opening hours because I think it needs to either be 2 letter days or full day names eg. mo or monday.
