Changelog in wrong format #2

Hi @diomed. The date of the last version is wrong in changelog. It would be in m-d-Y format.

Hi again. The date is correct but now there is a new problem: an extra paragraph is needed between title and subtitle (# and ##), and the list of changes. Something like this:

# v0.2
## 09/13/2023

1.[](#new)
  * Updated with |raw to work with latest version of Grav
  * background color for selection + nice scrollbar 

# v0.1.0
## 09/14/2017

1. [](#new)
    * Removed unused template

If you view your changelog in Grav themes site, you will see that the last changes doesn't appear.
