added table to database to store user Spotify Tokens
added DatabseService methods to store/retreive tokens
added Spotify Client Service to encapsulate creation of Spotify Client
added Security Service to handle token gerneration/parsing, encryption/decryption
added code to Spotify Service constructor to try and create Spotify Client on start-up
added tests
updated ERD
