Deploy apps somewhere #85

Figure out a good place to deploy MediaSet. It can be an outside service like Azure/Netflity/Etc. Or if we want to save some money, look at hosting on a NAS with Docker.

[x] Find a place to deploy apps
[x] Setup database
[ ] Setup app deployment
[ ] Point subdomain to new deployed app?

Spun up on NAS with docker. Going to keep it there for now until I really need to move it outside the house.
