Implement survival games

Survival games are similar to normal games, except that they can go on indefinitely as users have a set amount of lives. Whenever they answer a question incorrectly, they lose a life. The final score is the number of questions 'survived'. You'll need to:

• [ ] construct the class hierarchy:
  • [ ] add SurvivalGame and IndefiniteGame classes
  • [ ] their respective DTOs
    • [ ] the number of lives should be configurable
  • [ ] DTO constructor chains
• [ ] dynamically add a set amount of questions to the IndefiniteGame every time it runs out of them
• [ ] modify the SurvivalGame scoring function to instead work on lives
• [ ] kill players who lost all lives and:
  • [ ] prevent them from answering new questions
  • [ ] distribute an SSE event informing all players that one of the players died
