Are you able to provide a sample PDF which causes this error?

Thanks for the sample PDF. It turns out that there were two issues:

There was extra whitespace in lots of places in your PDF, which shouldn't be there but other PDF readers don't seem to worry about. I've made a change to ignore this extra whitespace.
tcpdi_parser was storing the values of boolean objects as strings, which then got evaluated to true in TCPDI (and therefore got set to true in the output no matter whether they should have been true or false). This broke all of the images in your PDF, as they're CCITT encoded and had a couple of the decode parameters set to false - setting these to true resulted in the decoder expecting extra data that wasn't there, and therefore failing. This is also now fixed.

Please grab the latest tcpdi_parser with these changes, and try again.
