LICENSE: Correct copyright to be by Paulo instead of Microsoft #27

Your license file says this code is copyright by Microsoft instead of you. Is that right? Sounds like a copy-paste problem.

True. I can't remember if the license came like that or if I added the MIT license. I do remember that since this was based on microsoft's mock-debug the license said microsoft. I'll update that soon.
