Advanced search uploader match #328

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the advanced search page
2. Type a substring of an uploader name
3. Search

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be expected that the search returned the datasets uploaded by the 
uploader matching the search keyword but instead it returns no results

A perfect match is being performed instead of a partial match

Whith the last the release, this problem was fixed.
