Update documentation and release new version #12

After https://github.com/paulodiniz/xe/pull/11 is merged, it's necessary to update to documentation as well release a new version on hex.

I've set up mix.exs to use the latest tag. I can write a helper task (an alias, more likely) to setup a release. We should also setup Eardoc and Inch.

@paulodiniz you'll have to go ahead and mix hex.publish – or give me publish permissions. Either way, I've tagged it as 0.1.0 (as it breaks backwards compatibility ever so slightly.)
