Static color module

Color changes discussed in previous PR, etc.

• Made Color module static.
• Simplified color string generation routines.
• Cleaned up Text module (mostly removed commented-out debugging stuff).
• Fixed a bug in EventQueue when not using 30log (described in #39).

Started work on colors-as-objects. Not really useful yet, will revisit when #39 is resolved.
