Hi @paulopes

I tried to write as much as my current understanding into the README.md to help users of panel-components understand what it is and get started.

If you tell me how I could improve it further.

I have plans to

contribute another PR adding a more advanced example to the README
contribute another PR with a folder of examples and then add a link in the README to this folder.

(Please note that Panel 0.10 will start to ship the .js from a CDN I believe).

I can see there is some windows encoding issue making it look as if all of .gitignore has been changed. It has not though.
