Show footer when paging disabled? #63

When I disable paging the footer disappears. I still want to be able to search, view status, etc. I can't find any parameters that would fix this.

The controls to toggle and untangle the search box is in the Paging Bar.

You can try forcing the Search bar to be visible by setting it in the CSS.
