improved error messages on HTTP errors
strip whitespace in all lines, including comment lines (@gpotdevin)
added new magics: %method (@alexisdimi), %http_header
added new option none to %format magic
bugfix (@blake-regalia, @alexisdimi): in label selection for graph nodes, itervalues() does not exist in python3
keep order in preferred languages

@paulovn this PR has been sitting for a year now, how about a merge?

you are absolutely right, I left the PR ready and then forgot

I've merged it now, created a new release and uploaded the package to PyPI, it should now be generally available
