Here installed Shutter Encoder 17.7. Removed the ffmpeg custom build in library folder because not use Nvidia driver 470 and doing a symbolic link pointing to OS ffmpeg in /usr/bin. works very well.
Now was updated the ffmpeg to 5.0.1 from the link below
https://launchpad.net/~gaod/+archive/ubuntu/ffmpeg5-testing?field.series_filter=focal
add repository
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gaod/ffmpeg5-testing
Shutter Encoder does not work with that version installed in OS even if the symbolic link is correct.
In menu to enable hardware acceleration is gray.
I have tested in OBS Studio is possible select that updated version and work without problems.
Perhaps not is being possible access to ffmpeg or other issue?
