[BUG] When the rotation is not set, keep the original rotation angle. #192

I have a video that has a common resolution of 1920*1080, but its Rotation is 90 °, just like all mobile phones shoot vertical videos. I tried to render it in ShutterEncoder, but if I do not check the "Rotating" option, ShutterErEncoder will remove it and cause unexpected rotation of the rendering video.
