Files .R3D from RED Cameras is unsupported #210

@paulpacifico Please if possible add support for .R3D files from RED cameras. Apparently this file format is not yet supported by ffmpeg. I tried using the "Merge" option to merge some files and I always get this error message:

looks like issue for ffmpeg, not Shutterencoder
