Widget for performing multiple-choice style selection by clicking

Remaining enhancements:
Minor changes
1. Change style of text/region to make it easier to read
2. Possibly add more colors to the regions than just blue
3. Resize image to fit inside "Customize Interaction" pane
4. Options to highlight regions on hover/

Intermediate changes
1. Add more shapes for image regions (see google docs)
  - Circle/oval
  - Polygon
  - Freeform path
2. Make regions editable by dragging

Major changes
1. Add more options for returned answer
  - Set of points
  - Sequence of points
  * Actually, I think this has been discussed before, but I don't remember if we decided to put it in the same widget or in a different widget...? Will require significant changes to the answer/rules systems to put in the same widget though.
