Performance in big solutions #6

Hi,

I was looking for this exact functionality, so thanks a lot for developing it. 
Unfortunately, I ran into performance problem when working with big 
solutions(>1000 files), where it takes several minutes to detect changes 
against repository (opposite to a few seconds in VisualSVN or TortoiseSVN). Is 
there any chance to improve performance?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the package in big solution
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
performance issue

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1 on windows 7
