Fix Speakers Submenu Dropdown Height Bug #46

containing dropdown element is not expanding to contain the list. Became apparent as I was populating the new speakers.

Let's get rid of the dropdown menu of speakers...

There's going to be way too many speakers (~30) from now on for the dropdown menu to provide any value. I'd rather we just go to the speakers page and see the list of speakers there. Removing the dropdown will also make it easier to maintain the list of speakers.
